Quinyx is a cloud-based workforce management (WFM) platform that organizations use to build schedules, track working time, manage absence (also called leave or time off), and communicate with frontline teams.
Managers use Quinyx to match staffing to demand, stay within labor budgets, and meet working-time rules. Frontline employees use it to see their schedule, clock in and out, and request leave from their phone. This article helps you find the right starting point for your role, whether it's your first day working with Quinyx or your fifth year.

Next steps
Once you've found your starting point, work through it before moving on — Quinyx makes more sense when you learn it in the order you'll use it. Administrators should set up roles, permissions, and agreements first, since almost everything else depends on them. Managers can go straight to Schedule view, which is where most day-to-day work happens. Frontline employees can use the Mobile - Quick start article.
Keep up with what's new. Quinyx releases updates regularly, and release notes tell you what changed, what's improved, and what needs action from your team. Administrators and schedule planners in particular should subscribe so configuration changes don't take you by surprise — select Sign up on the release notes page to get an email whenever a new release is published.
If you get stuck, three places will usually help: the For unfamiliar terms, the search bar at the top of this help center, or your organization's Quinyx administrator, who can tell you which settings apply to your account.
